1. Use of the App

GAStat allows you to connect your Google account to view Google Analytics data within the App and, if subscribed, via home screen widgets. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and Google's terms and policies.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the normal operation of the App.

2. Google Account Authorization

By connecting your Google account, you authorize the App to access your Google Analytics data as permitted by the permissions you grant. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

GAStat does not modify your Google Analytics configuration or data.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

GAStat offers optional paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not renew.

Prices and availability are subject to change. Any changes will not affect active subscriptions.

4. Free and Paid Features

The App provides access to Google Analytics data without payment. Certain convenience features, such as home screen widgets, are available only to users with an active subscription or lifetime access.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. GAStat does not store Google Analytics data or account credentials on its own servers. Authorization tokens and app data are stored securely on your device.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by GAStat or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data displayed will always be complete or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAStat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
